About Us

Pine Cone Computer Specialists was established initially as a partnership, by Gerardo Claravall and Charles Moraza in May 1992. On July 1994 the business was changed to a Propriety Limited company registered as Pine Cone Computer Pty Ltd.

 

Both Gerardo and Charles spent several years overseas, learning the computer trade and honing their skills at some of the top businesses.

 

Gerardo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering before he picked up a position at Hewlett Packard. He later worked for Computer Sciences Corporation in Virginia, USA.

 

Charles gained experience at Control Data Institute and obtained a Diploma in Programming Technology.

 

Before establishing Pine Cone, both Charles and Gerardo worked together for a large computer reseller in Artarmon, as managers in the Technical Support and Service/Repair departments.

 

Today, Pine Cone Computer with its office in Riverstone, NSW, employs 4 permanent technical staff in Sydney, and 4 specialist sub-contractors in Melbourne and Brisbane.
